How common is prostate cancer in teens?

I’m a huge hypochondriac and every little pain to me is cancerous. Well I’ve been having a bit of perineum (gooch/taint pain lol) and the first thing that always comes up is cancer. How likely is it that I have prostate cancer when I’m 15?

Many factors may influence the development of prostate cancer, including:

Age: Men 50 or older are at the greatest risk. Age is the most influential risk factor.

it is very rare, but not impossible. i know a 14 year old girl with stage 3 colon cancer. very unlikely, but still possible. i’m guessing that prostate cancer is just about as unlikely as colon for your age.

15 year olds do not get prostate cancer – period.
